The Brow & Lash Foam effortlessly removes makeup residues, small dirt particles, and excess grease. Its creamy and fluffy consistency makes it easy to apply to brows and lashes before any professional treatment. The formulation is pleasantly mild and calming, refreshing the skin without drying it out.

HOW TO APPLY
1. Squeeze a small amount into a dry cotton pad.
2. Use a spoolie to carry the foam from the cotton pad to the brows.
