The Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer prepares the skin for even tinting. Choose the Intensifying Primer Strong for a very intense result.

HOW TO APPLY
1. Optionally apply RefectoCil® Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer in Strong or Medium only to the eyebrows – leave on for 4 minutes and remove with a dry Q-tip.
2. Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Base Gel – leave on for 2 minutes and remove with a dry Q-tip.
3. Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Activator Gel – leave on for 1 minute and remove with a moist cotton ball - done!
